This Music Production Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of this 25th day of May 2026 (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

Producer/DJ:  DJ Se7en   (Hereinafter referred to as "Producer")

AND

Client:  Person (from Facebook)   (Hereinafter referred to as "Client")

1. Project Description

The Client hereby engages the Producer to provide music production services for the creation of a custom musical production, which may include, but is not limited to, cheer mixes, song compilations, or other audio mixing projects (the "Project"). The specific details of the Project are as follows:

Project Title/Description: Performance/Entertainer Mix

Desired Length: 6 min or less

Specific Song Requirements/Instructions:

{1} Yung Miami - "Spend Dat" (2:12 min)

{2} Belly Gang Kushington - "Friend Do Remix" (7 Sec)

{3} JT - "No Bars" (59 Secs)

{4) Gah Dayum (Viral Sound Clip)

{5} Sunkee Angel - Upfront (1:11 min)

Notes:"Do your thing with the sounds effects and it with an explosion sound effect"

2. Cost and Payment Terms

The total cost for the Project, as described in Section 1, shall be:

Total Project Fee: $75.00

Payment shall be made as follows:

Initial Deposit: Not required. 

Final Payment: The remaining balance of [100%] of the Total Project Fee ($75.00) is due upon completion of the Project and prior to the delivery of the Full Mastered Quality version.

3. Timeframe for Production

The Producer agrees to complete the initial version of the Project within 2 business days from the Effective Date and receipt of the Initial Deposit, provided all necessary materials (e.g., song lists, specific instructions) are promptly provided by the Client. Client is aware that due to request for project under short time frame project will be done as close to requested specifications as possible. 

4. Revisions and Extra Costs

The Total Project Fee includes 2 rounds of minor revisions to the initial mix. Minor revisions are defined as small adjustments to song order, volume levels, or minor cuts/edits.

Any additional revisions beyond the included rounds, or any major revisions (e.g., significant changes to song selection, complete restructuring of the mix), will incur an additional fee of $10.00 per hour, or a flat fee of $20.00 per additional revision round, to be agreed upon by both parties before work commences on such revisions. Also if there was no deposit required for your project and you require over 2 revisions, a deposit will then be required to continue with your project. Following that deposit of 25% of your total cost {$18.75} then the $10.00 per revision will apply after another 2 rounds of MINOR revisions, or apply to major revisions, as listed previously. 

5. Preview and Final Delivery

Upon completion of the Project and before full payment, the Client will be provided with a tagged preview version of the mix. This preview version will contain audible watermarks or tags throughout to prevent unauthorized use.

Full Mastered Quality versions of the Project will be provided to the Client within 24 hours only after the Producer has received the full and/or final payment as outlined in Section 2. Final production contains one tag (usually at the beginning of the mix. All productions are tagged. For any non-tagged version that can be upgraded for $25)

6. Ownership and Usage Rights

The Producer acknowledges and agrees that all mixes produced under this Agreement are specific to the Client's request and are not reproduced, sold, or sampled for any other customers. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final Project for its intended purpose (e.g., cheer competitions, personal events, etc.). The Producer retains the copyright to the underlying musical arrangement and production elements created by the Producer, but not to the original copyrighted musical works provided by the Client.

7. Storage and Retrieval of Mixes

The Producer will store the final Project files for a period of up to three (3) months from the date of final delivery. After this three-month period, the Producer is not obligated to retain copies of the Project files. Any request for the mix after the three-month storage period will require an additional retrieval fee of $25.00. 

8. Delivery Method

All final productions will be provided to the Client via a secure Dropbox link. The Client may also request the final production to be emailed, provided the file size permits.
